Job Description

 
We have a position available for a Tel-Sell person at KBI.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Complete all daily calls of accounts for product orders
* Support the Pre-Sell department with all customer service inquires.
* Update delivery route sheets with new packages and discontinued packages
* Monitor accounts to insure they are purchasing weekly or every other week and identify non-purchasing accounts
* Respond professionally to customer questions, complaints, problems and to communicate with the Pre-Sell team
* Perform other duties and special projects as designated by management
* Selling all new packages and special programs

POSITION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
* Knowledge of Pepsi selling & delivery system
* Excellent written , communication and math skills
* Must have knowledge of the PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and the AS400
* High School education required
