The Marketing Enablement Center is comprised of collaborative problem solvers who manage the people capacity-planning, processes and marketing technology required to deliver data-driven, targeted marketing programs that influence consumer and agent acquisition, expansion, retention and advocacy. The Marketing Enablement team challenge each other and are energized to enable connected, personalized experiences among our agents, consumers, and the brand to influence client growth.
Within the Marketing Enablement Center exists the Marketing Operations practice and the Content Ecosystem function. The Content Ecosystem Product Owner has a specialized focus in creative asset management, content management, measurement, and developing, leveraging, and maintaining metadata/taxonomy to promote asset discovery and dynamic publishing. This position is accountable for the sequenced roadmap, prioritized backlog, and delivery of the content management product capabilities to enable efficiencies and optimal direct response in the content creation life-cycle, delivering orchestrated connected personalized digital channels featuring highly relevant, consistent, and coordinated brand content that builds and adjusts based on interaction data.
* STAKEHOLDER NEEDS ASSESSMENT: partners with Product Managers within Marketing and organizational stakeholders to understand goals, vision, strategy, scope, use cases, and desired end-user experiences.
* TECHNOLOGY AND PLATFORM SELECTION: conduct ongoing analysis of emerging and existing content platforms in the MarTech landscape. Partners with technology and procurement to author RFPs and evaluate solutions and vendors to support enterprise platform selection (e.g., Digital Asset Management, Search, Content Marketing, Interactive Content, etc.).
* SEQUENCED ROADMAP DEVELOPMENT: defines and maintains a documented, sequenced capability plan that demonstrates how investment in the Content Ecosystem is aligned with the organizations strategies and initiatives to fuel our agent and recruiter productivity to drive client growth. This includes contributing to strategic, MarTech growth initiatives as well as platform optimization efforts, architecting how the platform investments contribute to building a connected experience between consumers, agents, and the brand through a lean technology ecosystem. Collaborate with platform vendors to influence base product roadmaps to meet New York Lifes goals.
* PLATFORM SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT AND SOLUTION DESIGN: acts as a subject matter expert that represents the Content Ecosystem toolset as part of the overall marketing digital capability infrastructure for strategic planning, cross platform interoperability, and business process re-engineering.
