Looking for a Construction Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years of construction administrative experience preferred
Strong PC skills (proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Effective interpersonal skills; approachable and positive attitude
Demonstrated high degree of professionalism
Extremely well organized with exceptional time-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle constantly changing needs
Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
Provide support to the Project Management Team
Communication with Subcontractors to gather documentation needed
Creating documents in Microsoft Word and Excel
Creating PDF Documents
Filing - Must be very organized and be able to prioritize
Gathering documentation to close out projects
Making sure Project Managers have all postings required on their jobsites
Creating and processing Change Orders
Submitting documents in Procore and Newforma
