Job Description
Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, LLP seeks Associate (Mid-Level), Corporate, Investment Funds in New York, NY, to engage in a variety of legal activities involving incorporation, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity derivatives, due diligence, and stock purchase agreements. REQUIREMENTS: JD or foreign equivalent in the job offered or a related occupation and two (2) years of experience: analyzing, reviewing, and negotiating drafting contracts and other agreements and legal documents relating to the formation and operation of private investment funds; structuring, documenting, negotiating and executing management company “upper tier” arrangements and secondary transactions; negotiating and executing other strategic partnership arrangements. Must be admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York State. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Offered salary is between $260,000 and $365,000 per year. 40 hours per week.
