Job Description
Project Management Specialist (New York, NY): Develop and update the company's commercial building construction and development project plans, including objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing. Identify project needs by reviewing objectives and timelines, ensuring necessary resources, staff, and finances are allocated. Track and maintain essential project documentation, including Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and approvals from governmental agencies. Prepare and submit budget estimates, monthly progress reports, and cost-tracking reports to management. Review construction designs to ensure compliance with client specifications. Negotiate with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure necessary resources, services, or materials. Salary: $74,506/annually.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field and 1 year of experience as Project Management Specialist, Project Coordinator, Construction Cost Estimator & Project Manager, or related position. Experience preparing and reviewing construction documents as per project specifications. Experience preparing schedules, feasibility studies and technical proposals for construction projects. Experience in stakeholder communication regarding project design and technical specifications. Experience with project budget reconciliation for construction projects.
