The YAWS Environmental Process Control Business has an INCREDIBLE CAREER OPPORTUNITY for an entry level Waste Water Operator Trainee (LEVEL 1) in Lakeville, NY. JOB TITLE: WASTEWATER OPERATOR TRAINEE Level 1 (NOTE - There are 3 additional levels of advancement available over an eight year period). WORK LOCATION: Lakeville, NY 14480. WORK EXPERIENCE: Acceptable related experience in maintenance. Would accept a TRAINEE. RELATED WASTE WATER TRAINING: Employer will make all related training arrangements, and will pay for the training and related expense to obtain the necessary licensing (Wastewater Operator Level 1 to start and the same for Level 2 and 3). Training is held at the Morrisville Training Center (Morrisville College) approximately 1 hour from Lakeville. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 7AM-3:30PM, 40 Hours/Week, occasional overtime. STARTING PAY (Level 1): $12-$15/Hour and is negotiable depending on experience. Opportunity for Advancement from Level 1 through to Level 4 (approximately $70,000/year) over an 8 year period. JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking for a maintenance minded individual who is self motivated. Background in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting is helpful. Someone looking to advance in the field of Wastewater. Computer skills are required.
