Look for avenues to ensure unique and memorable events for NCM customers.
Strive to improve and streamline departmental operations, through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work processes and program effectiveness/value.
Assist Director/Vice President with the promotion of business as necessary.
Keep abreast of competitors gaming customer programs and monitors their effectiveness.
2 years experience in casino marketing and/or casino gaming
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent leadership / motivation skills.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Excellent knowledge in various computers programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Budget and mathematical skills.
Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
