Job Description Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology OR an Associate's degree in a related field and two years of computer programming, database design/development, or systems analysis; OR four years of such experience. Experience using AngularJS and Hibernate Object Relational Mapping frameworks. Experience programming Oracle WebLogic Java applications from specifications expressed by use cases, class diagrams, interaction diagrams and sequence diagrams. Experience developing Oracle database schemas, tables, procedures and permissions. Experience with both SQL and Javascript. The incumbent will provide support for computer application maintenance, development, and integration activities in support of the Environmental Public Health Tracking grant deliverables. Specific duties will include: performing the support, maintenance, testing, assist in the implementation, and assist in the deployment of Java applications that visualize environmental health data using geographical information systems; maintaining and modifying of existing code; unit testing of software components; participating in joint application design sessions; participate in the release management process; and documenting project and grant activities. Other related duties as assigned. Grant funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required. Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. HRI participates in the E-Verify Program.
