Finishing Technician Department: Manufacturing Reports To: Production Supervisor Summary: On screen and digitally printed products, performs finishing work including slitting, shearing, round cornering, hole drilling, and stripping die cut items. In addition, cuts raw material stock for solvent and digital printing by performing the following duties. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Operates slitters and shears to cut raw material stock for printing, and to cut printed products as per job ticket specifications.* Operates drill presses, round corner machines, and hole punch machines to finish products according to job ticket specifications.* Strips out die cut products.* Transports finished jobs to shipping.* Enters job finish dates in FileMaker on the finishing computer.* Adheres to all company policies and procedures.* Maintains a clean and organized work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Pay Rate: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
